The film is set to be released near the end of the month but this photo with Leslie Mann baring her breast comes to us from a screening.

Leslie goes topless twice in the film, the first time she's bared her breasts, once in this scene and once when she's getting a mammogram.

You may hear some debate about whether Judd Apatow's wife really went topless or it was digitally done given she's worn prosthetics to avoid doing any nudity in the past. Ignore that.

But in a new interview Leslie Mann confirms she did go nude for the film.

"Well, it was my idea", she said. "It wasn't Judd's idea. He likes to hear that because he doesn't want to make it seem like he's forcing his wife do nudity in a movie. But I wanted to show what that feels like."

"After being married for a long time and then being neglected by your husband, feeling vulnerable like that. I felt like it would be helpful to be in that state. I thought it would help the scene and I think it worked."
