Apparently Kathy Griffin doesn't mind being photographed with her top off.
The comedian talked about the photo after being caught topless by paparazzi in Florida.
"Haha I did NOT stage this photo, BUT if one is in Gloria Estefan's yard, one will b 'papped,'!" Griffin said on Twitter.
Estefan also chimed in with her own message, "Kathy Griffin flashed a cruise ship (top half) from my dock... LOL! She looks GREAT, btw!"
