French ice dancer Gabriella Papadakis still finished her skating routine despite her breast slipping out of her dress.
The wardrobe malfunction resulted in exposure of her left breast not only on live global TV but on video screens in the arena.
She later told reporters it was her "worst nightmare happening at the Olympics."
