Handler joked that she was looking for her dog while casually revealing her tits while peering into the distance.
"I lost chunk on the mountain," the 39-year-old said braving the cold.
This is the third time Chelsea has taken it off on social media. She posed topless on a horse then bared her ass in November.

Handler pulled down her underwear and took a picture of her nude butt in a bathroom mirror.
"Can you believe more than 2 ass can fit on the same screen?," Handler said. "Guess which one's real."
This is in addition to the topless on a horse photo she graciously shared last month.

Now that she's left E!, she doesn't about revealing even more and so Chelsea took off her top to reveal her breasts and make a statement at the same time.
"Anything a man can do, a woman has the right to do better #kremlin," she said mimicking Vladamir Putin's topless pose on a horse.
After the photo was obviously removed, she said: "If a man posts a photo of his nipples, it's ok, but not a woman? Are we in 1825?"
"Taking this down is sexist, I have every right to show I have a better body than Putin."
She tried again but in vain, "you're saying Vladimir Putin Has more 1st amendment rights than me."

The comedian spoke about the tape earlier this year but these are first uncensored photos which have leaked out from the video, and definitely the first time we've seen Chelsea Handler's breasts.
Handler said the tape was a 12-year-old audition video, intended as more of a "joke" to get her noticed for jobs.
It apparently begins as a stand-up routine before abruptly cutting to the sex for a few brief moments, then cuts back to the stand-up routine.
"This is an old demo tape that Chelsea had put together just a couple years after moving out to Hollywood when she was trying to make it as a comedienne," a source tells the NY Times.
"It was taken so long ago and distributed on old VHS tapes, that I'm sure most people just threw them out because her stand-up was so bad and they didn't realize she would make it big one day. It's highly possible that many of the recipients of the tape didn't even watch past the first couple of minutes and missed the sex tape part altogether."
And although the camera doesn't have Chelsea in the most flattering light, receiving a tape in the mail would definitely get our attention.

The comedian was generous enough to share a shot of herself straight out of the shower, wrapped in a towel, without a bra, tan lines and all so we only thought it fair to pass it on.
